Return Policy
If you would like to make a return you must notify us via email within 2 days of your received shipment for a return authorization confirmation. Any requests for a return will not be accepted after the the 2nd day of delivery .You can return unworn, unused items within 7 days of ship date for an online store credit only. Item must be in stores possession within the 7 days. Items must have all tags attached. All returns are based on garment approval. Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, jewelry or ring snags,busted seams, tears, or stretched out of shape etc, we will not accept the return and you would be responsible for shipping cost to return items.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns based on the condition of the garment. If the return is approved you will be issued a store credit minus shipping cost. Store credit info will be emailed for your records. Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you recourse with the shipping company. Any final sale or clearance items CANNOT be returned.
Please make sure shipping address is correct.If your order was successfully shipped and you refused the item or if USPS finds the address as undeliverable we will not issue a refund. Instead a store credit minus the shipping will be emailed to you.
